  I came to this location to cash a check someone wrote me on a BOK account. I was told I had to pay $6.50 just to get it cashed. The manager jumped into the conversation as I was asking why and informed me I would not be able to talk my way out of the fee. He said they had to pay employees, so the fee was reasonable. When I stated he had to pay his employees whether someone came or not, he was finished talking to me. Bad business practice BOK. Poor branch management. (It won't let me give less than one star.)

  I've been using BOK since I was 15. The only bad experience was an accident fee, but they refunded it. I wish more people worked there though, because there is often a line.
